Have you ever found yourself in a negative thought spiral and questioned—“what’s wrong with me?”
The moment you ask this question you are no longer attached to the thought but are now observing it.
How to get started
The most important step in the journey of awareness is to realise at any point we can separate from our thoughts and watch them from a higher vantage point.
Your task is to wake up in the morning and simply notice your thoughts. There is no need to challenge them or fight against them, just observe the thought as it flows through.
This observation will allow you to notice patterns and themes that replay in your mind contributing to your state of happiness.
